Inventory - Its time to assess your life and make needed changes.

When is the last time you actually stopped and assessed how things are going in your life?


Or have you ever even stopped to take an overall look at the many areas of your life and seen what is going well or what needs improvement?


I want to encourage you to take a few minutes to do this. You may be surprised. It may be helpful to see or give you a new direction of an area to work on. Its quick , easy and painless and I guarantee it will be beneficial.


This quick Inventory tool helps you to take a quick look at key areas of your life , review, them and better determine what specifically needs to be prioritized. Print out the tool below ,rate yourself and then answer the following questions. Make sure you are realistic and use this as a chance to better understand your situation and set yourself up for success. It will help clarify what things need to be worked on and give you a better picture.

Rate yourself in the following 12 areas. Use the key below as a guide. Then complete the questions below to further assess. Use the following page to write out a few personal goals you would like to address. Be realistic and think over each answer as you work through this process.
