The New Year is here… Time for a Personal Inventory (attachment included below)

Updated: Jan 1, 2023

ree

Its that time of year again. Time to say good bye to last year and welcome in the new one. Some people are motivated to use this transition time into a new year as a fresh start to accomplish goals and set resolutions. Some do well sticking to those plans while others of us barely make it a couple days before giving up and throwing in the towel or changing are minds , Some of us don't even have any goals so there are no great expectations to meet .

In all reality though, no matter what type of person you may relate to above, you don't have to wait until the new year or a new month or even new day to address big goals in your life. You can start right now. It's just important to actually start.

An important first step in this process however is to assess your situation, review what's working and what isn't and what you need to focus on. This can be done by taking a personal inventory.

This quick Inventory tool helps you to take a quick look at key areas of your life , review, them and better determine what specifically needs to be prioritized. You may be surprised what you discover. Print out the tool below ,rate yourself and then answer the following questions.

Make sure you are realistic and use this as a chance to better understand your situation and set yourself up for success. It will help clarify what things need to be worked on and give you a better picture.

(Below if the inventory and included at the bottom is the actual document if you want to print and use.)
