3 Ideas to boost your marriage relationship

ree

Here are just 3 simple things that could help your relationship. We all need resources and tools to make the best of the relationships we have. So here it is. I know these will help and Id love to hear how they worked for you. Here we go

1.Date Night .

Simple and easy. You probably used to do it all the time. We get wrapped up in our individual lives too much and don't spend time together. So make a plan. Scheduled a night out. Just the two of you . Get a sitter if you need but make sure its just the two of you. Go out to dinner, coffee, go to a park, a concert, explore a new area in town or a new store, get ice cream. Make this about just time together for the two of you have and make the best of every moment.

2.Ditch the Netflix Hulu binge time and have a conversation.

Yes... that's right... have a conversation. Communication is key in any relationship. Often times we get so wrapped up in our schedule and routines that we don’t take time to verbalize what's going on, what's new or anything about ourselves. Sit face to face and talk about your day, Let them know how you are doing. Share about things going on. Maybe a few things you appreciate about the other person. Make it at least an hour and try to enjoy it. The show will still be there when you get done. The communication won't happen unless you take the time to make it happen.

3.Surprise each other

The sky is the limit here. Be creative. But just make it a surprise. Here are some ideas. Do the dishes, bring home dinner, buy them a gift, take them somewhere new. Blow them away. Do something out of the ordinary. This sparks a lot of interest and excitement that may be well needed. It also can lead to more fun times together, more conversations and maybe even more date nights!

Any of these things even just one, done consistently can be a game changer. Give it a try. I guarantee that you will see a positive difference in your relationship in a short time. If you take the time to make it happen it shows value to the other person and it's a great way to express to the other person how you feel about them.
